The removal of gun openings for automatic spray guns on both sides of the spray booth and the use of gentle extraction combined to create the ideal vortex cloud condition for high efficiency powder coating.

VortexKoating is the solution created by Ramseier Koatings to reduce the persistent problem of "overspray" powder which has resulted in low powder transfer efficiency and high powder wastage for many powder coaters for many years.
This novel concept is to create a powder cloud in the middle of the spray booth which forms into a vortex, such that the powder particles are suspended in this area for a prolong period. The benefits are that, not only
will the amount of recycled powder be reduced but powder transfer efficiency is enhanced.
This latest advancement of airflow management, has significantly improved the efficiency and long-term economic benefits of the entire powder coating process.
